Nutrition counselling

The way to the heart is through the stomach

At a glance

Balanced eating – with enjoyment

A healthy diet fills your body with energy and nutrients. Imagine your cells smiling at you and saying “thank you”!

Recognising the high value of our daily food is an essential step towards taking responsibility for our own health. Combined with exercise, mental well-being and stress management, it is the best prevention.

A balanced diet is something very individual. Everyone has their own needs, preferences and goals. Whether it’s about weight management, nutrition for special requirements or reaching peak athletic performance – nutrition counselling offers support in finding an individual, needs-based and balanced way of eating and avoiding nutritional risks.

We live in a real jungle of nutrition tips. As soon as one trend fades, a new one comes along. Crash diets, smoothies in every colour, lentil chips and chia pudding are conquering the world. But are these the right approaches for your needs?

I’d like to show you how to eat a balanced diet you enjoy – without having to give up your favourite food.

Focus areas

How we support you

  • Weight management

Would you like to lose a few kilos, maintain your weight or gain weight with a healthy diet you enjoy?

  • Sports nutrition

Are you ambitious in your sport and want to boost your performance with the right nutrition? Building muscle, reducing body fat, optimal recovery, nutrition before, during and after competition.

  • Vegan & vegetarian diets

There are many reasons to choose a diet low in or free from animal products. But there are a few things to consider to make sure you get all the important nutrients.

  • Weaning & children’s nutrition

Parents are their children’s biggest role models. Show your child a healthy way of eating from the start and enjoy a balanced diet together.

  • Nutrition in later life

We all get older, and that brings natural changes in our metabolism. Stay fit with a diet that meets your needs.

Nutrition diary

Why keep a nutrition diary?

  • Why a diary?

It records the current state and so helps assess your eating habits – both for you and for us.

Please be honest and precise – only then does keeping a record make sense and help our work together.

    Nutrition diary (PDF, in German)
  • Tips for filling it in

    • Simply write down everything you eat and drink: meals, drinks, chewing gum, snacks, alcohol …
    • Be specific: type of bread, fat content of yoghurt, milk, cheese, etc.
    • Note the times, e.g. 7:00, 11:00
    • Use kitchen measures to estimate amounts, e.g. 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 0.25 l
    • Enter sport, training sessions and exercise in the “Exercise” column
  • Observations

    • If something changes while or because you are keeping the diary, that can be the first step in a new direction!
    • If keeping the diary causes you inner stress, stop! The diary is very helpful, but it shouldn’t be forced.
